“How Long will it take to Dry?”—We can have the carpet dry by the time we leave with our high speed fans. Or left on its own carpet will generally be dry within a few hours.

“What is Scotchgard™, and does it work?”—Scotchgard™ is a brand of carpet protector that is applied to carpet at the factory. It helps preserve and protect your carpet from spills and day to day traffic. Abrasion from normal use can wear away the protective coating. It does help to maintain the life of your carpet and we recommend having it reapplied once a year after cleaning.

“How often should I have my carpets cleaned?”—We recommend at least once a year to maintain the life of you carpet. Depending on the amount of traffic in your home (pets & children) you may need a more frequent cleaning schedule, especially in high traffic areas. You should not wait until soil is noticeably apparent as this causes permanent damage and abrasion to the carpet fibers.

“How can I maintain my carpet?”—Vacuum!!  It’s recommended that you vacuum once or twice a week, and professionally clean your carpets once a year.
